Job Description
System Administrator
Purpose:
Manage and maintain all aspects corporate network infrastructure
Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain all aspects corporate communication infrastructure
- Track and respond to help desk requests for department support during business day
- Configure and support deployed servers
- Configure and support internal and remote workstations
- Configure and support VMware virtual infrastructure
- Coordinate with IT Manager on short and long term infrastructure objectives
- Plan network infrastructure initiatives and enhancements
- Plan and support disaster recovery initiatives
- Monitor services provided by external network contractors
- Maintain network documentation
- Monitor/manage network infrastructure
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College degree preferred, not required.
- Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Use intuition and experience to complement data when making recommendations.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Gather and analyze information skillfully; Works well in group problem solving situations.
- Complete projects on time and budget.

Physical Demands:
