Response Center Analyst/NOC

Description 
The Response Center Analyst provides technical support and services to the global company  network. 

Responsibilities may include: 
  • Providing 24x7x365 infrastructure and service problem determination/recovery for the company  global network 
  • Identifying infrastructure and service problems and taking corrective actions 
  • Owning and managing incidents and monitoring vendor response 
  • Shift work and/or variable schedules will be required 


Qualifications 

Basic/Required: 

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country 
  • High School degree/GED equivalent 
  • 1 or more years of direct experience dealing with network problem determination, WAN and LAN 
  • Ability to perform shift work and/or work variable schedules 


Preferred: 
  • Bachelor' s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline 
  • Cisco or Microsoft certifications 
  • CCNA or equivalent experience 
  • Self-directed, self-starting and capable of independent problem solving 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work with all support levels in an organization and in teams 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems 
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a crisis mode 
  • Strong time management/organization skills 
  • Ability to handle high volume work load, tight deadlines, and time restraints
