Mobile App Support
Support all mobile devices, ipads, etc., but more from the standpoint of the application side. They support everyone including the guys in the field.
The ideal candidate:
Is great at application troubleshooting, knows general iPad knowledge, can juggle many different tasks at once. Also, when we get large requests in for iPads to turn around – this resource may be asked to help reset devices and get them shipped out. This task is rare and would not exceed 10% of their duties.
