GENESYS Engage Cloud Technical Lead - Remote Postition!
The Lead Genesys Lead Engineer will be implementing Genesys IVR systems (Soft phones, call routing and queuing) on a cloud platform.
Responsible for Contact Center platform configuration, development, customization, integration, and technical documentation
- Designs and develops solutions using Genesys PureCloud platform
- Work with business analyst and technical leads to develop customer experience center platform requirements.
- Responsible for development, tests/debug programs, and maintains/supports deployed interfaces.
- Perform Proof of concepts as needed.
- Strong communication skills/customer facing presence
- Solution expertise to guide and coordinate SMEs for detailed discussion as required
- Implementation experience (call flow design, integrations, process flows, etc.)
- Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of coding/development experience in Contact center platforms
- Strong “ Hands-on” Experience involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys PureCloud platform
- Experience implementing API/Web Services
- Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and MongoDB will be considered a plus.
