Communications Lead - ERP

Description:
  • Conceptualizes and implements communication initiatives for ERP 
  • Drives communications strategy development and execution activities 
  • Serves as a key interface for ERP and management 
  • Responsible for project communications and internal communications support 
  • Drives messaging integration into appropriate stakeholder and partner communications 
  • Creates regional and global awareness of key initiatives and progress to goals 
  • Drives the awareness for the value proposition messaging 
  • Creates clear, informative and interesting end user communications, newsletters, videos and related materials 
  • Manages the planning and execution of release demos, expos, small group sessions, etc. 
  • Supervises communication projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready 
  • Responds to communication-related issues in a timely manner 

Leads a team of 3-6 contractors to develop and execute multiple Communication and Engagement plans in parallel: 
  • Project Team 
  • Leadership 
  • Advisory Teams 
  • External Stakeholders 
  • Commercial 
  • Marketing 
  • Finance 
  • HR 
  • Ops 
  • Procurement 
  • Refining 
  • Midstream 


  Works with the internal project teams to develop and execute appropriate Deployment communications around ‘ Go-Live’.

  • Business Readiness 
  • Super Users 
  • IT 

Qualifications / Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline 
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism 
  • Experience developing and executing high-level strategic employee and change management communications strategies and plans 
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills, presentation skills and verbal & written communications skills 
  • Experience in digital and print content creation and content strategy development and execution 
  • Technical knowledge of multiple communication channels, to include but not be limited to, websites, blogs, apps, newsletters, email, and social media 
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging 
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams 
  • Proven results in driving transformation agendas
